The goals, possibilities and rewards of The Grace Garden Clubare creative and many!
1. We identify and map out the many wonderful plants, flowers and trees on our beautiful campus and learn what lovely things are growing on the grounds!
2. We make lists of joy-filled tasks to beautify and take care of our campus.
3. We share gardening ideas with each other, help develop new plant beds, weed, prune, hedge, water, and tend our plants.
4. Members are encouraged to bring their own tools or may use the tools available in *Frank’s Garden Shed.
* Frank Schramling was a beloved friend longtime groundskeeper at Grace who died in May, 2021.
Here are the perks and rewards in joining The Grace Garden Club:
1. You get to hang around people who love flowers & plants!
2. Members of this special group may bring flowers, plant starts, bulbs and seeds from their own gardens to share with each other!
3. We will invite guests to come and share their knowledge of plants so we can learn new techniques and ideas.
4. Once a year we will have a luncheon potluck to share in our joy of Grace gardening and tending our gardens.
5. We are going to order some cool looking garden hats!
